Monascus Yellow colorant Applications
Cooked meat products (such as salty chicken), bakery, candy, confectionary, beverage, protein drinks, carbonated drinks, flavor drinks, solid beverage, dispensing wine, jelly, marinated egg etc.
Usage:
Dissolve product directly with water or alcohol, then add it directly to the ingredients, mix and use it evenly.The amount can be determined according the required hue. The recommended dosage is 0.5 ‰ ~ 1 ‰. Please use it or keep it sealed ASAP after opening.
