The opening machine should be operated in strict accordance with the "operating regulations of the uncoiler".
1, in the feeding operation, a special person should cooperate with the forklift driver to make the coil material basically consistent with the center of the expansion and contraction shaft, and then the forklift driver slowly put the steel coil material on the car.
2, the operator should rise or descend (lifting car), adjust the steel coil material to the center of the expansion and contraction shaft, that is, the material can enter into the expansion and contraction shaft. At this time, adjust the top end movable bearing seat of the uncoiler and keep it at the same level with the uncoiler.
3, adjust the bulging nut to make four arc plates and expand the steel coil materials to avoid the deformation and damage of the steel coil in the work.
4. When the steel coil material expands and the hand turns the opening machine, it can observe whether the material rotates freely and avoids all kinds of hidden dangers in the work.

c. COST OF INSTALLATION:
The buyer should pay the installation charges (USD 80 one man one day). To the seller`s appointed account by T/T before the seller`s technicians go to the buyer`s factory. The buyer pays the seller`s technicians travel cost outside China, including round air tickets fee, accommodation and food, provide transportation from living hotel to the work place, necessary communication, and insurance, etc.
